Previously, we had successfully developed the ROI website, which seamlessly integrated with E-recruit and facilitated a multi-level application process. However, our client has recently transitioned to Bullhorn and aims to leverage the enhanced capabilities offered by the Bullhorn marketplace.

The objective for the new website was two-fold: firstly, to accommodate their expanded business areas efficiently while being mindful of cost considerations, and secondly, to enhance the user experience and enhance lead generation. This necessitated an improved content strategy to bolster search engine optimization and enhance job distribution across various online platforms.

In addition to these goals, our client is harnessing the power of Bullhorn automation through Herefish to drive increased candidate applications and launch campaigns with their clients. They are keen on utilizing marketing strategies to target both candidates and clients, ultimately boosting their pipeline in both business segments.
