Phaxis

Website, Campaign

Phaxis wants to be the recruiting compass that guides the way for our clients, candidates, consultants as well as our internal team. Whether it’s technology, travel healthcare and allied or local healthcare, finance and accounting or support services staffing, we will get you to where you want to go.

Problem:

Two prominent staffing firms recently joined forces to create Phaxis, a dynamic entity poised for success. In the wake of this merger, the need arose to establish a strong brand identity, craft all associated marketing materials, and develop a comprehensive website seamlessly integrated with Job Diva.

Phaxis recognized the importance of tailoring their messaging to cater to a diverse clientele spanning various sectors, including technology, finance & accounting, healthcare, and support services. Each of these business areas had distinct requirements to address their unique audiences effectively.

For instance, candidates within the healthcare sector require user-friendly features enabling them to search for jobs, submit applications, and complete skill checklists tied to their professional capabilities. In contrast, other areas called for a more straightforward approach.

In an effort to distinguish each business segment, Phaxis sought to create individual web pages that would serve as distinctive homepages, each equipped with its domain. This approach aimed to convey that each practice operated as a primary pillar of the organization.

To further bolster their online presence, Phaxis recognized the importance of a unified social media strategy that would encompass the full spectrum of their business offerings, appealing to a broad range of audiences.

In addition to the web and social media aspects, Phaxis identified the need for comprehensive marketing campaigns to bolster their sales and recruitment teams. They were committed to securing a dedicated marketing resource that would collaborate closely with all members of their team, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.

Solution:

The new website seamlessly integrates with Job Diva, harmonizing messaging and design to distinguish the brand in the marketplace and successfully unify two former companies. It now offers dedicated home pages for each division, featuring custom domains to enhance visitor engagement. The streamlined search and application process empowers recruiters to effortlessly post jobs and manage applicants while delivering a modern and user-friendly experience for candidates and clients alike.

The site also boasts numerous API integrations for personalized interactions, along with accessibility features for those with specific needs.
Their social media presence encompasses all facets of their business, working closely with sales recruiting leadership and corporate talent acquisition to establish itself as the primary platform for their messaging. A comprehensive hashtag strategy and SEO review have sharpened content to cater to audience needs, resulting in a significant increase in followers. Strategic marketing campaigns have been deployed to expand their partnerships with hiring managers at each client and drive new business opportunities. A wide range of content pieces positions them as a thought leader across all business units, reinforcing their expertise in the industry.
