Problem:

Our client recently acquired ISC and embarked on a transformative journey to revitalize this long-standing staffing firm specializing in industrial staffing services. With a rich history spanning decades, ISC was in dire need of a fresh digital identity and a revamped online presence to fuel its future expansion. The existing messaging failed to effectively resonate with its target audience, and the website itself had grown outdated over time.

To address these challenges, our client sought to create a seamless integration between the Ceipal platform and the website, allowing prospective applicants to effortlessly access available job listings and submit their applications. Additionally, the client aimed to enhance the website’s flexibility, enabling easy expansion into various practice areas and geographic regions.

The overarching objective was to bring the website up to contemporary standards, aligning it with modern design and functionality to support ISC’s growth aspirations

Solution:

Collaborating closely with the client, we embarked on the process of defining precise target personas and crafting tailored messaging for them. This led to the creation and implementation of a comprehensive package encompassing a fresh visual identity, branding, and messaging strategy. The website was skillfully constructed using WordPress, with seamless integration of the Search and Apply functionality via Ceipal.

Notably, we introduced new features to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring the website’s exceptional responsiveness across various browsers and devices. Its expandability was a key consideration, positioning it as a valuable asset for the client’s future endeavors. Additionally, we augmented the site’s functionality by incorporating Google Job Schema and integrating Google Analytics to boost traffic and provide valuable insights into site performance metrics.
